How it works
Patient has to send his prescription, (Scanned copy). Licensed Supplier then will send the shipment by courier to reach in 72 hrs.

Ordering Process
Step I:
The member sends copy of Doctor's prescription by mail.
Step II:
Once the prescription and patient card is received, supplier will send a Performa Invoice on mail or inform on Phone.
Step III:
Member will deposit payment in supplier's account or give consent for COD.
Step IV:
Once the payment is confirmed, supplier will dispatch the medicine and provide the Doc-it no. on mobile and/or mail to the member in regard to the shipment sent.

Cancellation of Order
Return or cancelation of order is possible without charges if it is done before the dispatch has happened. Post dispatch the cancellation would attract charges of Rs.80/- only.
